Communications Consent
This disclosure explains the communications you authorize when you submit a property-review form to Trans States Commercial Corp., doing business as Trans States Mortgage.
Contact about your request
By checking the consent box and submitting the property-review form, you authorize Trans States Mortgage and its representatives to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide about your rental property, refinance goals, requested information, and related next steps. Contact may occur by telephone call, text message, or email. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of obtaining any product or service.
Calls and text messages
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your request and conversation. Reply STOP to a text message to stop texts and HELP for help, or contact us using the information below. A text opt-out applies to text messages; you may separately ask us not to call. We do not use this website checkbox as consent for prerecorded or artificial-voice marketing calls or automated marketing texts that require separate prior express written consent.
Email communications
We may email you to respond to your request, deliver a resource you asked for, or discuss relevant financing information. Marketing emails will identify the sender and include a way to unsubscribe when required. Transactional or request-related messages may continue when needed to respond to you or administer an ongoing relationship.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw communications consent at any time by replying STOP to texts, using an unsubscribe link in a marketing email, calling 813-963-1256, or emailing tony@transstatesmortgage.com. A withdrawal does not affect communications already sent or disclosures we must provide by law.
Consent records
We and our service providers may retain the submitted form, consent selection, submission time, source page, and related communication records as reasonably necessary to document your request, honor preferences, and meet legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
